This time, we have developed an eco-friendly aluminum deposition PVA film laminate paper that can be recycled into raw materials.

 

Product Characteristics

 

-Feature (1)

Compared to aluminum deposition PET laminated paper, this product better mitigates static and curling, resulting in improved productivity when printing.

 

-Feature (2)

Because aluminum PVA film laminate paper dissolves in hot water, it melts during the waste paper processing stage and is separated into fibrous raw materials which are good-quality recycled paper materials. Thus, it can once again be used as the raw material for making laminated paper, making recycling of materials possible. 

 

-Feature (3)

Even though they are of the same thickness, aluminum deposition PVA film has a higher shine than aluminum deposition PET film in addition to having more of an eye-catching quality while conserving resources.

 

Also, in addition to the above features of aluminum deposition PVA film, bagasse pulp made from reusing sugarcane lees is mixed into the base paper, making it eco-friendly and enabling it to be treated as an FSC-certified product.
